Beta testing

Additional testers may be required for ongoing development. Experience with 3D software or SF/fantasy art is preferred. Please write to Garth (ceo@xenodream.com) with some indication of what type of art you do and any skills or experience relevant to beta testing.

Announcements

Announcements about XenoDream updates or other significant developments will be sent to the XenoDream user groups and to all customers for whom we have a current email address. We have discontinued the XD Announce list at Topica.

Policies

Satisfaction

If you experience significant problems running XenoDream on your computer that we are unable to resolve, or if you are not satisfied with XenoDream, we will offer to refund the purchase price.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share any information about you with any other company or entity. All of your information will stay secure with XenoDream Software. We will not send
unsolicited email except for important announcements about our software, such as availability of updates.

Security

XenoDream Software, L.L.C. uses the latest SSL security software in our online store. Using Cardservice International's SSL API, all orders and payment information sent from XenoDream Software server will be encrypted using industry standard RC4 1024-bit encryption with SSL Version 3. This encrypted and secure data is routed to Cardservice International, decrypted and processed. All processed information (Approved/Declined transactions) is then re-encrypted and sent securely back to the Web site. Once at the Web server, it is decrypted and displayed to the consumer. Also, order confirmation e-mails are sent to the consumer and to the merchant. The Cardservice International SSL- API guarantees that the orders and payment information generated by the merchant's Web server remain totally secure. Your credit card information is never stored on the XenoDream web server.

Representatives from XenoDream will NOT call you and ask you for your credit card information. Do not give your numbers out over the telephone.
